Shellabears is one of the longest running family based Real Estate agencies in Perth still operated by the founding family. Shellabears is uniquely positioned to have on-site access to a highly respected architect and builder, who can assist buyers with their understanding of building, property planning, subdivisions, developments and of course design utilising our R-Code system.

Our strong team of industry-recognised staff are highly experienced and endeavour to fully understand your needs and wishes. The behind-the-scenes administration and marketing team at Shellabears further allows our reps to draw on their experience.
