About Nick Holt

Nick’s approach to servicing his clients is second to none with the core mantra of ‘exceeding expectations’ creating the foundation to his success. Client focussed and grounded, Nick has achieved exceptional results in his career to date, putting under contract well over $100,000,000 in property in a few short years, with a loyal client base and regular referrals.

A qualified and Licenced Real Estate Agent, Nick’s strength is strategizing with clients to achieve the best result possible. Dedicated to his craft, he genuinely cares about each and every property. Constantly analysing and researching, Nick brings a refreshing approach to the Real Estate Industry and utilises modern and innovative strategies combined with his digital marketing expertise, to enhance the buying and selling experience, allowing his clients to make their Best Property Decision.

Your local agent, Nick has spent his life in the Western Suburbs, attending the local schools and growing up in the community. Following a year in Taiwan where he became fluent in Mandarin, Nick studied a double degree at UWA, achieving a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts – Asian Studies.

Community and connection continue to play a large role in Nick’s life, and he understands the importance of, and is heavily invested in the role sporting clubs have on local communities. Post Saturday Home Opens, Nick can often be found at the North Fremantle Football Club, where he has been on the Board since 2015 and is the current President of the Club. When he is not busy selling properties, he still manages to pull on the boots every now and again!

Conscious to continue to contribute to his local community, in 2019 Nick and his wife, Kate, started a personal philanthropic fund through the Fremantle Foundation which they have titled the ‘Close to Home Fund’.

“As we grow our careers and progress through our professional lives, we feel it is becoming increasingly important to share our successes with those less fortunate in our community. We are personally contributing a portion of our own wages and sales commissions to the fund and thanks to our clients, we have a greater capacity to support important issues Close to Home. Kate and I are very thankful for you working with us and, by extension, helping the community grow.”

Nick is also very happy to provide the details of current and previous clients should you wish to interview them about their experiences with Nick and the Shellabears’ team.
